That Section 126.02, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Street one -way From To
Wayzata Street west Rice Street Park Street
and adding thereto the following:
Direction
Street one -way From To
Wayzata Street east Rice Street Park Street
Sect ion- 2.
This ordinance is Hereby declared to be an emergency ordi-
nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.

Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage, approval and publication.
Section 4.
