Tiers against the City of THE COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Jane E. H. Tiers, the sum of Two Hundred Thirty —four and 88/100 Dollars ($231,..88) in full settlement of her claim against the City for damage to her automobile on November 2, 1959, when it was parked in front of 165 South Cleveland Avenue in the City of Saint Paul and was struck by a City vehicle driven by Jerome M. Dey. Section 2.
