outlet for said public sewer system of said Village
for public sewage conveyance and disposal purposes,
and providing applicable terms and conditions."

rendered necessary for the preservation'of the public peace, health
and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That said Ordinance No. li061, approved July 26,
1957, as amended, be.and the same hereby is further amended so that
thereunder and thereby the Village of Maplewood shall be granted
permission and authority, subject to all the terms and conditions
therein expressed, to construct and thereafter maintain and operate
suitable connections, according to conventional engineering standards
approved as to construction, location and elevation by the Com-
missioner of Public Works of the City of Saint Paul, joining the
public sewer system of said Village with the public sewer system
of said City, in the nature of and to be maintained and operated
as the only outlets for said public sewer system of said Village
and for the expeditious, convenient and effective conveyance and
disposal of sewage entering said public sewer system of said
Village, at or adjacent to the intersections of
Larpenteur Avenue and Rice Street
Larpenteur Avenue and Adolphus Street

and that for said purpose the'listing of connections between said
Village public sewer system and said City public sewer system, con -

ing additional listings to beinserted therein immediately follow-
ing the last of such listings now contained therein:

permission and authority, subject to all the terms and conditions
therein expressed, to construct and thereafter maintain and operate
