An ordinance amending Chapter 1.46 of the Saing Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to limited time parking restrictions. This is an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 146.04, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following: j

Tatum St. Chelton Ave. Pennock Ave. Both
Section 2.
That Section 146.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:

Walnut St.:, Sherman St. Both
Section 3.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rend-
ered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
Section 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
Section 5.
This ordinance is to be in effect upon erection of proper signing
and traffic control measures.
