An ordinance amending Chapter 147 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code, pertaining to parking meter zones and regulations.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
LOCATION
Seventh St. approx. 50 ft. east of Sibley St.
and by adding thereto the following:
LOCATION ,
Seventh St. approx. 80 ft. east of Sibley St.
Fourth St. approx. 80 ft. west of Rosabel St.
Section 2.

This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi-
nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage, approval and publication.

This ordinance is to be in force upon erection of proper
signing and traffic control measures. �--
