An ordinance amending the St. Paul Legislative;,
Code, Chapter 321, entitled,: "Rubbish Collection ".
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 321 of the St. Paul Legislative
Code is hereby amended by adding to Section 321.03 the following
provision: '
"However, the foregoing provision shall be in-
applicable to the agents, servants or employees
of any agency of 'tlie Federal government, any
agency or department of the State of Minnesota,
or any municipal subdivision of the State where
the use of any public dump located within the
City of Saint Paul is authorized or permitted
under an agreement between the City of Saint
Paul and any of the specified governmental
units."
Section 2. This is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
