ADMINISTRATNE ORDER, Consistent with the authority grartted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 04 the City
Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Planning & Economic Development
to amend the 1999 budget of the City Sales Tax Capital Projects Fund, the Director of the Office of Financial
Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner:
WHEREAS, a resolution was approved authorizing the issuance of a loan to Miratec Systems, Inc. through
the STAR Year-Round Loan Program (CF98-1132); and
WHEREAS, the budget was not amended to reflect this loan; and
NOW THEREFORE, staff recommends reallocating $197,500 to project code 77238 from the Undesignated
Adopted Budget.
