10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Planning
& Economic Development to amend the 1999 budget of the City Sales Tax Capital Projects Fund,
the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following
manner:
WIIEREAS, Council Resolufion 97-1276 was approved on 10/15/97 to allocate Funds for a one-time
boost to Neighborhood Investment in the amount of $750,000 from the STAR program; and
NOW THEREFORE, staff recommends $20,000 be allocated from these funds to the Saint Paul on
the Mississippi Design Center For the W. �`" Gateway Urban Design Charrette.
