WE�REAS, the Saint Paul Police Department Professional Development Institute is sponsoring a course
on AR-15 and M-16 certificarion and,
WHEREAS, this course is scheduled for July 19-20 and 26-27, 1999, and will be conducted at the Saint
Paul Police Department's Outdoor Range.
Be it ordered that pursuant to the 1999 City Budget, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to
remit an amount not to exceed $600.00 to Events By Aesign, located at 2236 Cypress Drive, Woodbury, MN
55125. Tttis is to cover eapenses for food service for the outside agencies participating in the AR-15 and M-16
certification. This include moming break, lunch and snacks for this course.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Finance Services

The Saint Paul Police Department's Professional Development Institute is sponsoring a course
in AR-15 and M16 Certification. The curriculum and infrenquent break periods prohibit
the students from leaving the facility in order to obtain sustenance. All outside agencies
will benefit from remaining on site.
Persons attending this course will pay for their food through their tuition cost.
