ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority grented to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City
Charter and based on the request of the Director of the DepartrneM of Planning 8� Economic Development
to amend the 1BSS budget of the City Sales Tax Capital Projects Fund, the Director of the O�ce of Financial
Services is authorized to amend said budget in the foilov✓ing manner:
WHEREAS, Council Resolution 97-1276 was approved on 70/15/97 to allocate funds for a one-time boost to Neighborhood
lnvestment in the amount of $750,000 from the STAR program; and
NOW THEREFORE, staff recommends $40,000 be allocated from these funds to the St Anthony Park
Community Council.
