PED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER BUDGET REVISION No. oa I� 93 Date: y- q- 9 9 Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section I0.07.4 of the City Charter, and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Planning & Economic Development to amend the 1999 budget of the City Sales Tcu Capital Projects Fund, The Director of the office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the foltowing manner: WHEREAS, Council Resolution 97-1276 was approved on IO/IS/97 to allocate funds for a one-time boost to Neighborhood Investment in the amount of $750, 000 from the STAR program; and NOW THEREFORE, it is recommended that $S0, 000 be allocated from these funds to the Mississippi Market Project.
