and beverage vendors to provide food and beverage of varying kind for the Mayor's Winter Carnival Reception at a
cost not to exceed $15,000.
Funding to cover the expenses of this event are to come from private individuals and(or corporations and are
not to be paid from general fund dollars or other city funds.

Mayor hosts annual winter carnival reception for mayors from all around the state. It brings tourism to the city and is
an opportunity for us to show off the city of Saint Paul, the Winter Carnival and the Capital City Lights programs.
