AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF GORDON
KUNERT, A MINOR, AND THERESA C. LEUER, HIS
PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN, AGAINST THE _
CITY OF SAINT PAUL
l THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
�+ Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to
Gordon Kunert, a minor, and Theresa C. Leuer, his parent and
natural miardian, the sum of Two Hundred Ninety -two and 50/100
Dollars 292.50) in full settlement of their claim against
the City of Saint Paul arising from personal injuries to Gordon
Kunert and damage to-an automobile owned by Theresa C. Leuer
as a result of an accident involving a vehicle owned by the
City of Saint Paul and operated by Harold D. Peterson on
December 19, 1961, in front of 1528 North St. Albans Street.

Section 2. That said sum shall be paid jointly to said
Gordon Kunert and Theresa C. Leuer upon their execution and
delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the Corporation Counsel, for all Injuries and damages sustained
in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.

PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN, AGAINST THE
CITY OF SAINT PAUL
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
