The Council of the City of Saint Paul does ordain:
f`. Section I
That Ordinance No. 6924, approved January 250-1928s granting
permission to the Northwestern Blau -gas Company to use a portion *of Charles
Street, may be and hereby is rescinded as having been superceded in its
entirety by subsequent enactments of the Council and_ agreements of the City
of Saint Paul.

This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and'
, safety. '

Section III
This ordinance shall`,take effect -and be in force from and after its
passage and pubiication.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul does ordain:
Section I
