HOUSE AT CKUBIN STREET AND a1EERBURNE AVENUE

RENDERED �SARY FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE
PUBLIC PEAL ;".HEALTH AND SAFETY.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOEScORDAIN:
Section 1. No vehicle shall be parked between the hours
of 6 :00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on property owned or controlled by f
the-Board of Education of the City of Saint Paul located at
Mackubin Street and Sherburne Avenue and adjacent to said Board's
storehouse.
Sec. 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety. 4'
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage approval and publication.
Sec. 4. A violation of the terms of the above ordinance
shall constitute a misdemeanor and be unishable by a fine not
to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 or by imprisonment
not to exceed ninety (90) days,
