Service Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, approving and adopting

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 209 1914,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by changing the
ordinance nwiber thereof to 3250.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after January 1, 1963.
