An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 3250,entitled:
"An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3236, entitled
"An ordinance organizing the Department of Public Works, and
prescribing the number, titles, duties and compensation of the
officers and employes thereof.' This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety,"

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August S, 1914,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared-to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance -shall take.effect and be in force from
