An ordinance amending Chapter 22 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code pertaining to Building Construction. This is an emergency ordi-
nance rendered necessary for the preservation of public peace, health
and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul does ordain:
SECTION 1. That Section 22.05 Construction Requirements of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code is-hereby amended by adding "which exist
on March 1, 1962" after the words "supported by the building" concern-
ing marquees in item "j" of subsection 1.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force,.
upon its passage, approval and publication.
