An ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code pertaining to the Zoning Code. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of public peace, health and
safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul does ordains
Section 1. That Section 60.19 Billboards and Signs of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended by adding "which
exist on March 1, 196211 after the words "supported by the building"
concerning marquees in this section.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval and publication.
