An ordinance amending Chapter 125 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code, pertaining to truck routes. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
- That Section 125.03, Subsection (3), Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the fol-
lowing: -
ROUTE NO. 5
Cleveland Avenue - Ford Parkway to Saint Paul Avenue -
to West Seventh Street.
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi-
nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage, approval and publication.
