An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 6446., entitled:
"An administrative ordinance fixing the com-
pensation rates of certain city positions and employments,"
approved January 23, 1925, as amended. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
THE; COUNCIL OF THE •CITY OF SAINT PAUL. DOSS -ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 64.46, approved January 23, 1925,
as amended, -be and the, same is hereby further amended by adding to
Section ,III the following subsection:
113A To :employees holding any of the following titles:
Assistant Civil Engineer �General)
Assistant Public Works Technician (Construction)
Engineering Aide
Instrumentman
Jr. Public Works Technician (Construction)
Senior Engineering Aide
Surveyor
when they are required to work in tunnels at a depth. of thirty. feet

Bection 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health .and safety. '
Section 3. This ordinance, shall take effect and be in force from
and, after its passage, approval and publication.
