An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to absolute parking restrictions. This is an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 145.01 of -the Saint.P.aul Legislative -Code is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Minnehaha Ave. Dale St:- Pierce Butler Route North
Jessamine Ave. Dale St. Maywood Place approx.
250 ft. west South
Section 2.
That Section 145.05 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

SIDE HOURS
West 6 :30 -8 :30 A.M.
Section 3:
That Section 145.05 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby -
mended by adding thereto the following:

xcade St. Wheelock Pkwy. Geranium Ave. West 7 :00 -9 :00 A.M.
Section 4.
Th3,s ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 5.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, ,/
