An ordinance settling the claim of
Nu-Way Self Service Shoe Company
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Board of Water Commissioners,
pursuant to its resolution, is hereby authorized to pay, out of
the Water Department Fund, to -Nu -Way Self Service Shoe Company,
the sum of $300 in full settlement of its claim against said Board
and the City of Saint Paul for damages and loss occasioned on
November 7, 1960, at the premises designated 1682 North Lemington
Parkway, by reason of a broken water main owned by said Board..
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant
upon the latter's execution and delivery of a release in full to
said Board and said City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation
Counsel, for all damages and loss sustained by it in the manner
aforesaid.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be'
in force thirty days,a.fter its passage, approval, and publication;
