An ordinance settling the claim of
Donald H. Skifstad against the City
of Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
:authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Donald H. Skifstad, the sum of $320 in full settlement of his
claim against the City arising from damage to his automobile
on December 9, 1961, while it was parked in front of 701 Bedford
Street in Saint Paul and was struck by •a City vehicle driven by
Max Gal as.
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant

upon execution -and delivery of a. release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the'Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
c Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
