' An ordinance amending the St. Paul Legislative
Code, Section 152.32, pertaining to taxicab drivers
licensing. This is an emergency ordinance rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Paul Legislative,'Code, Section 152.32,
is hereby amended as follows:
(a) Subsection (3) thereof, which reads as follows:
"Must be of the age of eighteen yeard or over."
shall be deleted therefrom and the following subsection
(3) inserted in lieu thereof:
"Must be of the age of twenty -one years or over."
(b) Subsection (4) thereof, whiU reads as follows:
"Must be a resident of the City of St. Paul for
a period of one year." Lit
shall be deleted therefrom and the following subsection
(4) inserted in lieu thereof:-,_.
"Must be a resident of the County of Ramsey for a
period of one year."
Sec. 2. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
