NO. 4�09 A Special Ordinance increasing the taxing limit to provide ,additional budget funds for the Department of Parks and Recreation :and Public Buildings Bituminous Surfacing Program. This is!an emergency - ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the limitation on real and pergonal property taxes be increased for the year 1963 by an amount of $1-,2009,000. Section 2.
