Resolution Ratifying Assessment
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing new ornamental light standards on Payne Avenue from Minnehaha Avenue to the
north end of the bridge over the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company's tracks. Also
install new cables, conduits, pull boxes and all other appurtenances necessary for a
complete lighting system and the removal of existing standards and bases

A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment
haling been further considered by the Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same
is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable
