WFIEREAS, the Division of Pazks and Recreation has entered into an agreement with JR's Powerhouse Gym to
provide professional wresflers and a ring for a professional wrestling match to be held at Rice & Arlington Sports
Dome on November 7, 1998, and
WI�REAS, the agreed upon cost for the event will be $4,000, payable $1,Q00 on October 27, 1998 and balance
of $3,000 payable on November 4, 1998.
THEREFORE, it is ordered that the proper City Officials aze hereby authorized and directed to pay JR's
Powerhouse Gym an amount not to exceed $4,000.
