PRESENTED BY � ORDINANCE NO. 1 0 W 0 cc An ordinance amending the St. Paul Legislative Code, Section 308.069 pertaining to intoxicating liquor. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the first paragraph of Section 308.06 of the St. Paul Legislative Code, which now reads: 1110n sale' licenses shall be issued to hotels, clubs and restaurants only and but one such license shall be issued for every 11500 inhabitants in the city subject to a maximum of 200 such licenses.11 be and the same hereby is amended to read: "'On sale' licenses shall be issued only to hotels, clubs, restaurants, and establishments for the sale of ton sale' liquors exclusively. Only one such license shall be issued for every 1,500 inhabitants in the city, subject to a maximum of 200 such licenses." Sec. 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Sec. 3.
