THE COUNCIL. OF' THE CIT OF SAINT PAUL, DOHS ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordina cep No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be. and the same is, hereby further amended by striking out of
Section 9.B. the words, "except those paid under Section 8 G of these Rules, ".
Section 2. That said ordinance, as_ amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding to Section 9 the following subsection:

"F The provisions of this Section 9 shall not apply to, any employee
paid under Section 8 G of these Rules, or to any employee whose
position is. in the Special Employment section of the Ungraded
Division (Section 7), and, who is paid by the hour or by the
performance. 11
Section 3. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended, by striking out of Section 35 E the words "except
those. paid under Section 8 G of. these Rules.," ; and, by adding to: Section 35 E.
the following:
"The provisions of this. Section 35 E shall not apply to any employee
paid under Section, 8. G of these Rules., or to. any employee whose
position is in the Special Employment s.ectiori, of the. Ungraded
Division (Section 7), and who is. paid by the hour or by the performance. "
Section 4. That said ordinance, as. amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by striking out of Section 35 F 1 the words "except
those paid under Section 8. G. of these. Rules, It , and the words "but such
accumulated credits shall not exceed a total of 300 days..','; and by substituting
in lieu Qf the latter words, the following:
'abut no employee shall accumulate more than fifteen-days' credits
in any calendar, year, nor shall such accumulated credits, exceed
a total of 300 days. It
