THE COUNCIL- OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2137 -&, approved June 18,
1963, hereby is amended in the following particulars:
a. That the designation "W. 7th St." appearing in
the title of said ordinance hereby is stricken therefrom
and the designation "West Seventh Boulevard, formerlycbsignated
Fort Snelling Bridge Approach" hereby is inserted therein
in lieu and stead of said stricken designation; and
b. That }the designation "W. 7th St." appearing in
Section 1 of said ordinance hereby is stricken therefrom
and the designation "West Seventh Boulevard, formerly designated
Fort Snelling Bridge Approach" hereby is inserted therein
in lieu and stead of said stricken designation.
Sec. 2. That the Surety under the Surly Bond and
the Insurer under the Insurance Policy required to be furnished
1+95arly American Life Insurance Association under said ordinance

o. 213a'F6 and said Early American Life Insurance Association shall
file their written assent to this amendatory ordinance with the
City Clerk not later than 30 days next after its effective date.
Sec. 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
o force upon its passage, approval, and publication.
