WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation is in need of a special artisYs illustration of the future Harriet Island
promenade and pavilion area, and
WHEREAS, said illustration will greafly assast in e�loration of fuuding opportunities, and
WHEREAS, Dan Gleeson, 207 Pioneer Building, has the knowledge of the azea and the artisfic ability to provide said
illustration.
THEREFORE, it is ordered that the proper City officials aze hereby authorized and directed to pay Dan Gleeson, 207
Pioneer Building, 336 Robert Street N., Saint Paul, MN 55101 an amount not to exceed $3,000.00 upon completion of the
Harriet Island pzomenade and pavilion area illustration.
