THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 11853, approved November 8,
1960, as amended, be further amended by adding to Sectionll additional
property to receive sewer service described as follows:
"That certain additional part of the i
Village of Maplewood located in Sec-
tion 12, Township 28 North, Range 22
West, between McKnight Road and East
Ramsey County Line, and bounded by
Lower Afton Road on the north and i
Linwood Avenue on the south."
Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Sec. 3. This Ordinance -shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval and publication.
