`THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 12376, approved January 4,
1963, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to Section 1
additional property to receive sewer service as follows:
"Situated in Washington County, State of
Minnesota, the following described real
estate, to -wit:
That certain additional part of
Woodbury Township in Section 7,
Township 28-North, Range 21'West,
except that part of Section 7
lying northerly of Upper Aftpn
Road and except the south -ff of
the southwest 1 of Section 7.
Also, that certain additional
part of Woodbury Township in
the southwest V -of Section 8.”
See. 2. This° Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
Ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
Sec. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon
its passage, approval and publication.
