THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 10725, approved
January 20, 1956, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
a subdivision V in Section 3 as follows:

installation, maintenance and operation of a
sewer service connection between its said-
public sewer system and the following described
tracts or parcels of real property lying beyond
its corporate limits and situate in'the Village
of Little Canada in the County of Ramsey, State
of Minnesota to -wit:
.Lots One (1) through Twenty (20)
inclusive Block Three (3), and
Lots One 4) through Twenty (20) _ - --
inclusive, Block Four (4), North
Rice Street Acre Lots, according to
the plat that is now on record and
on file in the office of the Registet
of Deeds, except the right -of -way
granted the railroad, all within
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
