ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority grented to the Mayor in Secfion '10.07.4 of the City
Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Planning & Economic Development
to amend the 1998 budget of the City Sales Tax Capital Pro}ecfs Fund, the Director of the Office of Financiaf
Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner:
WHEREAS, Council Resolution 97-1276 was approved on 10/15/97 to allocate funds for a one-time boost to Neighborhood
Investment in the amount of $750,000 from the STAR program; and
NOW THEREFORE, staff recommends $50,000 be aliocated from these funds to the East Side Neighborhood
Development Company, Inc. for the Case Streetscape Project.
