Section l.` That Ordinance. No. 7607 , approved F- ebruary 1,3,
1935, as. _amended, be ,and the same is .hereby further amended by striking
out the !tMinimum qualifications'' in the; .ape.cifications .for 't-Lighting
Foreman ", and 1ty substituting in lieu, thereof the following:
'►Eighth -grade education and three, years,t experience as. a. lighting
repairman or as a journey aan.electrician. Must possess a
