North to rough grade Clarence Street from Nebraska Avenue to Hoyt Avenue and Etna Street from Nebraska Avenue to Hoyt Avenue," approved August 10, 1962. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 12254, approved August 10, 1962, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out Section 2 (4), and by substituting in lieu thereof the following: "Section 2. "4. Said permittee, after the inception of said work, shall prosecute said work continuously, with diligence, and fully complete said work to the satisfaction and approval of the Commissioner of Public Works, on or before July 1, 1965." Sec. ?.. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
