' That Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, known as the Zoning Code, shall be and the same is.- hereby amended by deleting Section 60.01 thereof and substituting in lieu "of said Section 60.01 the following: 1160.01 USE DISTRICTS. For the purposes of regulating the location of trades and industries and the location of buildings for specified uses, the City of Saint Paul is hereby divided into Cl ;asses of- Districts: 'At Residence District, IBi Residence District,` tCt Residence District, Commercial District, Light Industry District, and Heavy Industry District, all as shown on the Zoning Map which accompanies the Zoning Code, and is hereby declared to be a part hereof, The Use Districts designated on said map are hereby established. 11In addition, to the foregoing Use Districts, there shall be an additional class of Use District known as IC-11 Residence District. "No building or premises shall be erected or used for any purpose -other than a purpose permitted in the Use District in which such building or premises is locited.li Section 2.
