This is a land- locked parcel of land immediately adjacent to properly recently rezoned to "C" residence and with which this property will be consolidated for the purpose of an apartment development. The entire tract will have an area of approximately 93,400 square feet. The Board of,Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on April 2,- 1964 and inasmuch as this would constitute an extension of an existing "C" residence district, recommend the granting of the petition to rezone the above described property to a "C" residence district.
