An ordinance amending Chapter 147 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to parking meter zones and regulations. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.

That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:

Wabasha St. approx. 100 ft. north of Ninth St. East
Wabasha St. approx. 190 ft. north of Seventh St. East
Tenth St. approx. 64 ft. west of Wabasha St. South
Tenth St. approx. 86 ft. west of Wabasha St. South
- Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
Section 4.

This ordinance is to be in force upon erection of proper signing
and traffic control measures.
