THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES-ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund,
to Peter Matt, the sum of Three Hu�dred and no /100 Dollars
($300.00) in full settlement of his claim for damages to

his automobile on or about November 20, 1963, while said
automobile -was in the custody of the Public Safety Depart-
ment of the City of Saint Paul.
Sec. 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon
his execution and delivery of a release in-full to said City,
in a form approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
sustained by him in the manner aforesaid.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.

An ordinance settling the claim of Peter Matt.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
