Duties and responsibilities:
Under supervision, ” to maintain Civil Defense Bureau liaison with
various women's volunteer organizations through the officers
and members of the Women's Civil Defense Coordinating Council;
to coordinate the activities of said council; and to perform related
work as assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To assist the president and other officers of the Women's Civil
Defense Coordinating Council in arranging the administrative
details of the council's monthly meetings and annual school of
instruction.
To recruit instructors for public education projects of the Bureau
of Civil Defense.
To arrange for the delivery of educational materials to instructors.
To assist in the recruitment of women volunteers to undertake
specific civil defense projects.
To maintain files of all women's organizations' presidents and
civil defense chairmen.
Minimum qualifications:
College graduation. (No substitution for education, F
