Section 1.
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:

Section 2.
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended_
by adding thereto the following:

Eighth St. approx. 175 ft. east of Cedar St.

This ordinance is hereby de &laced to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, heatth and
safety.
Section 4.
This ordinance shal °,l take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication

and traffic control measures.
