This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and. safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 64 inclusive, of the St. Paul Legislative Code, as amended, pertaihifng�. to Use Districts, Height Districts and Rezoning of certain properties in the City of Saint Paul, be and the same is hereby further amended so as to rezone the following described property from tiBll Residence District to l'C" Residence District, to -wit: Lot eighteen (1, St. Paul Minn., thereof on file the Register of Minnesota, 1 3) , Auditor's Subdivition No. 20, according to the recorded plat and of record in the office of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, situated on the south side of Maple St. between Wilson Ave. and Plum St. in the City of Saint Paul, subject to the following express conditions: 1. That, subject to any further reclassification of the above-described real estate by virtue of any proceedings hereafter instituted, conducted and completed according to applicable provisions of said Zoning Code, as amended, and applicable provisions of the statutes of the State of Minnesota, the employment of said real estate henceforth is restricted and 1 ited to the following specified uses, to -wit: (a) R sidential District uses permitted by the regulatory pro isions of the said Zoning Code, as amended, in "Al' Res dente District and "BO Residence District, and (b) Resi ential District uses permitted by the regulatory provi ions of the said Zoning Code, ,as amended, in "'C" Resi ence District which shall include no more than its use for a seven -unit apartment building with off - street parking. 2. That, in addition to other requirements therefor, said owner's written acceptance and grant of negative easement shall incorporate a certified copy of this ordinance, and immediately upon the aforesaid filing of the same the City Clerk shall cause one of such counterparts thereof to be filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
