AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 93.01 OF
THE SAINT PAUL LEGISLATIVE CODE,
PERTAINING TO SURETY BONDS AND INSURANCE
CONTRACTS RUNNING TO THE CITY OF SAINT
PAUL. -
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 93.01 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code which reads as follows:
"93.01. All bonds running to the City of Saint
Paul and written by surety companies shall be
executed by and furnished through surety agents
having a place of business within Ramsey County,
Minnesota .11
be and the same hereby is deleted in its entirety and the
following section substituted in lieu and in place thereof:
1193.01. All surety bonds running to the City of
Saint Paul shallLbe written by surety companies
authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
