An Ordinance amending the St. Paul Legislative
Code, Sections 144.15 and 144.16, pertaining to the
Public Health Center Parking Lot and the Public Safety
Building Parking Lot Funds. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That that provision of the St. Paul Legislative
Code, Section 144.15, reading as follows:
"There is hereby established Health Center Parking
Lot Fund No. 1053;-'all.moneys collected pursuant to
"this section shall be-deposited in said fund and
shall be used for the expenses of vehicle registration
and the maintenance of said parking lot."
is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. That that provision of the St. Paul Legislative
Code, Section 144.16, as amended, reading as follows:
"There is hereby established Par1kin.g Lot Fund No. 1052;
all moneys collected pursuant to this section shall be
deposited in said fund and shall be used for the expenses
of vehicle registration and the maintenance of said parking
lot. °3
is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preserNVKtion of the public
peace, health and safety.
See. 4. This act shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
