AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF ELEANOR
LYNN AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to
Eleanor Lynn, the sum of $169.45, in full settlement of her
claim for damages sustained to her automobile on or about
March 20,. 1965, in an accident involving a City snow plow
driven by Johnnie P. Johnson, at or near the intersection of
Simpson and Englewood Avenues, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said
claimant upon her execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel,
for all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be-
in force "thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
