AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 367.04 OF
CHAPTER 367 OF THE SAINT PAUL LEGISLATIVE
CODE, PERTAINING TO INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR
WINDOW CLEANERS.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 367.04 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code which reads as follows:
"367,04. Insurance Required. Before the issuance
F of a license by the City Clerk, the City Clerk
shall require satisfactory proof from the applicant
that the applicant is insured against any and all
liability for any accident, in the minimum amount
of $5,000.00 for injury to or death of one person',
and the sum of $10,000.00 for all liability arising
from any one accident. In addition, the City Clerk
shall require proof that Workmen's Compensation
insurance has bemaobtained in those cases where it
_ is required."

be and the same hereby is deleted in its entirety and the
following section substituted in lieu and in place thereof:
"367.04. Insurance Required. Before the issuance
of a license, the City License Inspector shall require
satisfactory proof from the applicant that the applicant
is insured against any and all liability for any
accident, in the minimum amount of $25,000.00 for injury
to or death of one person, and the sum of $100,000.00 for
all liability arising from any one accident. In addition,
the City License Inspector shall require proof that
Workmen's Compensation insurance has been obtained in,
those cases where it is required."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
