An Ordinance amending the Zoning Code, Chapters 60
to 64, inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
pertaining to Use Districts, Height Districts and
Rezoning of certain properties in the City of Saint
Paul, as amended, and repealing Ordinance No. 13047,
approved September 91 1965. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES CRDAINs
`Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 64,
inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to
Use Districts, Height Districts, and Rezoning of certain
properties in the 'City of Saint Paul, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended so as to rezone the following -
described property from "B" Residence District to "C" Residence
District, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 49 except the south 30 feet thereof,
Block 21 Soderbergss Addition;
situate on property located at the southwest corner of Maryland
Avenue and Cumberland Street in the City of Saint Paul.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 13047, adopted and approved
by the Council on September 9, 1965, be and the same hereby is
repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval aid publication.
